    Park Avenue Serviced Offices offers flexible lease terms to suit your business needs. Our fully furnished serviced offices come with phone and internet; and services such as mail handling, reception, call answering and housekeeping. Our centres also have common facilities such as copier machines, fax, meetings rooms and pantry. You will also get to enjoy exclusive access to our gym and pool for you to wind down from a day’s work.

    Renting office premise can be a huge expense and usually contracts are bounded to a fix term of at least 1 year. Serviced offices offer flexible lease periods with minimal start-up costs and allow companies to expand or downsize easily.

    A traditional office space typically charges by per area basis for a bare unit, excluding capital investment and utilities etc. A serviced office charges all-in rate that includes a private office, secretarial service, pantry and housekeeping services.

Virtual Offices

  1. What is a Virtual Office?

    Our Virtual Office packages allow you to enjoy a prestigious address for your business without having a physical office space. You may work from any location and have the support and infrastructure of a corporation, but without the cost.

  2. Is there any setup fee involved?

    No, we do not charge a setup fee.

  3. Can I self-collect my mail?

    Yes you may. Our reception is open from 8.30am to 6.00pm, Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays)

  4. Is there a mail forwarding service should I am not available to collect my mail?

    Yes, we can forward your mail to your alternative address. Postage charges apply.

  5. Do you receive packages on behalf of my company?

    Yes, we will inform you via email within the day.

  6. Can I rent meeting rooms?

    As our virtual office client, you can rent our meeting rooms at tenant’s exclusive rates from 8.30am to 6.00pm, Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays)
